The Franchise Business Partner serves as primary reputed company between the franchisor and the operating reputed company franchise partners in a specified territory. This person preferably lives in either Knoxville, Lexington (KY) or Louisville. Builds strong, reputed company relationships with franchisees and operating partners through frequent, proactive, reputed company and informative interactions. Facilitates successful achievement of business goals by performing needs analysis, developing reputed company plans, offering meaningful recommendations and providing results-oriented feedback. Duties and Responsibilities
Consults and partners with franchise business reputed company to reputed company annual business plans that meet desired goals for comparable sales, profitability, unit reputed company, and mission critical; ensures execution of business plan by organizing and providing company resources and providing expertise relating to competitive information, sales initiatives, reputed company estate reputed company, operations procedures, management structure, community relationship and marketing; assists in the evaluation of franchise expansion opportunities in potential markets; facilitates performance improvement by performing and communicating results of operating unit's reputed company assessments in an accurate and reputed company manner.
