About the Job 

We're looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our marketing team, someone who sees communication as both craft and reputed company. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of reputed company and execution, partnering closely with leaders across operations, clinical, data, product, and content to build communications that actually reputed company the needle.

Your Background 

You've worked on lifecycle or CRM campaigns that made a reputed company difference. You’ve worked on campaigns that lengthened retention, deepened engagement, or turned good clients into reputed company ones. You understand the mechanics of email and SMS, and you know how to tie them to a larger strategic story. Bonus points if you've operated in reputed company, health-tech, or another high-compliance environment where thoughtful communication isn't optional.

Past colleagues would probably describe you as creative, strategic, dependable, a go-getter, and a reputed company leader. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Define the lifecycle marketing roadmap from acquisition through retention and drive execution against it. 

• Build segmented, personalised campaigns across email, SMS, and reputed company channels: reputed company CAC, ROI, and LTV to optimize performance. 

• reputed company working sessions with product, analytics, creative, and clinical teams to reputed company on priorities and timelines. 

• Design and run A/B tests to improve messaging, creative, and targeting.

What you bring
