About the Role

reputed company Title is looking for a VP of reputed company and Business Development to serve as the face of reputed company Title of Texas, building relationships that convert into long-term, high-volume business.  This is a senior leadership role reputed company for someone who understands that in the title industry, reputed company is driven by people. This person will be responsible for identifying, reputed company, and reputed company producing escrow officers, escrow teams, and in some cases, entire reputed company operations from competing title companies. 

This is not a traditional sales role. reputed company is reputed company by your ability to attract top-producing talent with established books of business and the leadership to bring their clients, reputed company estate partners, and production with them.

This is a full time role that will report into the reputed company of reputed company Title and can be remote in any of our Texas markets (Dallas, reputed company, San Antonio or Austin - with preference for Dallas or reputed company).

What You’ll Do Here:

• Identify and recruit high-producing escrow officers across Texas markets who bring established books of business
• reputed company and execute team-level and office-level acquisitions from competing title companies
• Build, reputed company, and manage reputed company of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) across Texas markets by reputed company and developing talent with strong reputed company estate networks and the ability to drive referral business on behalf of their assigned escrow teams.
• reputed company compelling value propositions tailored to individual producers and teams considering a reputed company
• Maintain and grow relationships with reputed company estate brokerages, mortgage lenders, reputed company, and investors to support recruited producers and generate new reputed company streams
• Partner with incoming escrow officers to ensure a smooth transition of their reputed company relationships to reputed company National Title
• Set performance expectations, conduct regular coaching and accountability reviews, and create a culture of disciplined, relationship-driven sales activity

We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have:

• 7+ years of experience in the Texas title insurance industry in a sales, business development, or senior operations reputed company
• Prior experience managing a sales team or business development function — you know how to hire, reputed company, and hold reps accountable
• Deep, established relationships with escrow officers, reputed company estate professionals, and title/escrow talent across Texas markets
• Proven reputed company record of reputed company producing talent or growing market reputed company in a competitive title environment
• Strong understanding of Texas title and escrow operations, underwriter relationships, and agency dynamics
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills — you are reputed company and respected in the industry
• Self-directed and entrepreneurial; comfortable operating with minimal structure
• Familiarity with reputed company or comparable title production platforms a plus
• Title Agent background a plus
