College degree in Automotive Technology, Business Administration/Management or equivalent work experience. ASE certification preferred.
5 plus total years of automotive experience. In-dealership experience with emphasis on business and service department administration. Experience in dealership warranty processing, claims adjusting, investigation, and warranty policy interpretation. Automotive technical knowledge and dealer service experience a must (Porsche preferable).
