WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, this position:
- Provides strategic management reputed company in implementing, directing, and monitoring reputed company’s reputed company Services Department, which provides advice and counsel and performs reputed company risk management for reputed company operations
- Directs the reputed company Services Department, acts as a leader and subject matter expert and provides direction and advice on reputed company and administrative contracting issues and overall business operations
- Manages and coordinates litigation and disputes reputed company to reputed company operations
- Directs health plan administrative contracting, including maintenance of agreements and negotiation and re-negotiation of reputed company in coordination with reputed company staff and external counsel
- Directs, manages, and supervises reputed company Services Department staff
