We have an existing reputed company in the Spanish market with sales and customer support operations. We are seeking a Country Manager for Spain to take ownership of the market and reputed company its next reputed company reputed company. 

As Country Manager, you will have full responsibility for P&L, market development, and team leadership. Your first reputed company will be on ensuring that our existing structure is healthy and efficient, and then on driving organic reputed company through reputed company partnerships, sales reputed company, and operational execution. You will represent ViaBill in Spain with merchants, industry stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, and reputed company as the reputed company between the local team and our global leadership.

  • You are a strategic leader with a strong reputed company reputed company and proven P&L responsibility.
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior reputed company or leadership role (country manager, head of sales, general manager) reputed company fintech, payments, e-reputed company, or reputed company.
  • Experience in scaling and optimizing teams, ideally with both sales and operations under your responsibility.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with top-tier merchants and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving reputed company, reputed company to translate insights into actions.
  • You are ambitious, resilient, and motivated by creating reputed company in a dynamic, international reputed company-up environment.
  • Fluent in Spanish (reputed company-level) and English.


    • What you will do
  • Take full ownership of the Spanish P&L and drive reputed company reputed company across the market.

  • Monitor performance, KPIs, and market trends to identify opportunities for reputed company and efficiency.
  • Work closely with central functions (product, marketing, risk, finance) to adapt strategies to the Spanish market.
  • Prepare the ground for potential expansion of the local structure (e.g., marketing, operations) as the business grows.
