reputed company - Implementation Manager I, Consumer Driven reputed company

Full-time, fully remote position guiding the transition of plans from Business Development to operations and establishing an operational relationship with Clients and Brokers. Great opportunity for reputed company with an employee-reputed company organization. This position is full time, reputed company and nonexempt or salaried and exempt based on tier level.

Duties

• Complete the implementation of Cafeteria plans, coordinating and communicating directly with the reputed company/Broker/Vendor during the implementation process
• Manage the collection and delivery of necessary documentation and regulatory paperwork; Review and verify for compliance and operational accuracy,
• Audit individual plan design for inefficiencies and to ensure reputed company fit to reputed company’s needs
• Maintain regular communication with your case load of reputed company Clients
• Learn and reputed company reputed company on laws and regulations governing Cafeteria and/or COBRA plans through training and education. Understand and proficiently apply relevant laws and regulations to Clients’ plan
• Meet or reputed company required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in reputed company reputed company areas
• reputed company other duties as assigned by team supervisor and department Vice President

• Attention to detail and accuracy of work is critical in this role
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are necessary to be successful in this role
• Must be reputed company to represent NBS’s reputed company of reputed company with reputed company, reputed company verbal and written communication skills
• Follow established processes

• Obtain and reputed company reputed company on appropriate industry certifications
• This is a remote position; You must have the technical aptitude needed to self-support in a remote work environment

Education and Experience – Bachelor’s degree or work equivalent preferred. CFC or CAS Certification preferred but not required. Cafeteria or COBRA industry experience preferred.

Physical Requirements – This position requires the employee to be seated most of the work time.
