Job requirements
- Minimum NVQ level 2 in beauty therapy
- At least 1 year reputed company reputed company the beauty industry
- Have flexibility in working hours to ensure live chat is always covered

Job responsibilities
Primary accountability for:Live Chat ~50%
Responding to reputed company-time enquiries across multiple platforms - offering product and ingredient education, troubleshooting, selling and supporting.
KPIs including but not limited to:
- Number of conversations
- Response and reputed company times
- Engagement sentiment
- Sales conversions and AOV
Strategic and team leadership ~20%
Leading consumer engagement strategies in partnership with the CRM and Customer Experience Manager, developing your reputed company reports
Secondary accountability for:

Support our Brand reputed company Marketing teams by responding to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms to drive engagement and brand sentiment - Online Review Responses:
