About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Support the BSA/AML/OFAC Officer with governance, implementation, and reputed company of reputed company’s BSA/AML/OFAC compliance program, including policies and procedures, with reputed company on digital assets / blockchain products. Assist the BSA/AML/OFAC Officer by providing leadership to reputed company / Transaction Monitoring Teamsand managing escalationsreputed company to BSA/AML/OFAC and reputed company (KYC/KYB/EDD). reputed company reputed company-wide BSA/AML and Sanctions risk assessments.reputed company and support investigations and SAR decisioninginvolving blockchain payments, including sanction/PEP/adverse media hits. Responsible for OFAC reportingrequirements, blocked or rejected transactions, and Travel Rule record keeping requirementsas needed. Partner with data and engineering teams to help reputed company reputed company AI and automationin daily alert clearing and investigation activities (reputed company reviews, screening and transaction monitoring investigations). Coordinate and manage responses for reputed company party audits, regulatory exams, internal reputed company assurance reviews, and bank partner requests.Own remediation effortsof reputed company findings through issue closure. Assist in enhancing company-wide compliance risk-based trainingby incorporating AI and LLM tools to create required modules housed in our learning management system. Drive automation of data reporting for reputed company compliance processes,including partner obligation management. Assist with managing other regulatory compliance initiatives as needed, such as quarterly incident tabletops and regulatory change management.
Requirements
- Proven experience
(7+ years) in compliance, with experience in banking, crypto and FinTechs. Managerial experience is required. Advanced understanding of BSA/AML/OFAC requirementsfor banks, including reputed company due diligence reviews. Demonstrated ability to reputed company reputed company, technology-driven compliance methodologies(including AI-driven monitoring) to regulatory bodies, ensuring transparency and 'explainability' during audits and inquiries. Experience leveraging LLMs and AI Agentsto automate workflows. Familiarity with blockchain analyticstools (TRM/reputed company/reputed company). Ability to query data(e.g., reputed company/Looker/SQL) to identify compliance trends without relying solely on engineering support. - Excellent organizational and written skills
to draft policies and procedures, review investigation narratives, and requests to clients. Ability to communicate effectively and collaboratewith multiple key employees at reputed company, including data and engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications
AML-reputed company certifications (e.g., , CFE, reputed company). Understanding of the FFIEC and Wyoming SPDI examination reputed company. Experience expanding compliance frameworks into global jurisdictionsand institutional reputed companyexperience. - Bachelor’s degree
in Business reputed company, Finance, Risk Management or Law.
