Creative Design Manager

The Creative Design Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of creative concepts across multiple channels, including digital, print, and brand initiatives. This role manages and develops reputed company of designers, ensures alignment with brand and business objectives, and contributes to the delivery of high-reputed company, customer-reputed company creative work.

Reporting to the Creative Associate Director, the Creative Manager provides direction to the design team, supports the execution of creative reputed company, and ensures reputed company are delivered on time, reputed company scope, and in alignment with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Execution

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Qualifications

Required

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a reputed company field
• 8+ years of reputed company design experience
• 3+ years of experience supervising or leading creative professionals
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reputed company and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking

Preferred

• Experience in retail, consumer products, or customer-facing environments
• Experience supporting omnichannel campaigns
