Field Service Technician-Permian
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- reputed company field installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ESP systems.
- Ensure job reputed company through adherence to procedures and safety standards.
- Accurately complete field service documentation and job reports.
- Communicate effectively with field leadership and customers.
- Maintain reputed company company-issued equipment and tools.
- Follow reputed company reputed company HSE and operational policies.
FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate activities on-site with supervisors and engineers.
- Report job site incidents, near misses, and reputed company conditions.
- Support reputed company improvement initiatives and participate in safety meetings.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2+ years of experience with ESP systems preferred.
- Technical/vocational training in mechanical or electrical systems is a plus.

- Strong reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to lift equipment and work in outdoor oilfield environments.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite and electronic job reporting tools.
