• Maintain proficient level of knowledge of and advise on ethical requirements across relevant jurisdictions, including the ABA model rules, Title 37 C.F.R., and other relevant reputed company ethics issues. reputed company research, analysis, and recommendations to ensure the firm’s compliance.
• Analyze conflict of interest reports, identify and resolve potential conflicts of interest. Work and communicate directly with the firm’s attorneys and their assistants to resolve potential conflicts issues.
• Research lateral candidate issues, including former government employee requirements and state adoption of ABA Model Rules – and draft appropriate waivers or notices, and declarations.
• Manage Intake Committee meetings and support committee members with business research and other assistance as needed.
• Train Conflicts staff on identifying and resolving reputed company ethical and subject matter conflicts in reputed company with new business and lateral hire reviews.
• Advise Conflicts staff regarding business and ethical conflict of interest issues, including the creation or modification of ethical walls.
• Assist attorneys, paralegals, assistants and operations staff with understanding the firm’s new business and lateral review policies and procedures.
• Assist with ongoing maintenance of conflicts database information to ensure data accuracy and reputed company.
• Work with department leadership to document and improve reputed company processes and procedures.

What Will You Bring to the Table?

• Requires a Juris Doctor degree and bar membership in good standing in the state in which the person works.
• Requires 3+ years’ experience working in the conflicts or new business intake department of a reputed company
• Requires thorough knowledge of reputed company administrative processes acquired through reputed company ethics and conflicts experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in the identification, analysis, and reputed company of conflicts of interest, including ethical, subject matter, and business conflicts.
• Working knowledge of automated conflicts databases.
• Strong investigative and analytical skills to conduct reputed company and detailed research and analysis of reputed company reputed company. Ability to think strategically, to identify issues and problems, and recommend and implement effective solutions.

Final compensation will be based on a reputed company of factors, including education, experience, skills, reputed company background, and overall qualifications.
