Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a results-oriented Acquisition Manager whose mission is reputed company: turn reputed company seller leads into signed reputed company at the right price.
Your Role:
As an Acquisition Manager, your sole reputed company is closing deals.
You will receive reputed company-reputed company leads from our Telepros team (no cold calling required) and will be responsible for negotiation, follow-up, and contract execution.
Key Responsibilities:

- Qualify motivation, reputed company, and pricing expectations
- Negotiate purchase prices reputed company with our acquisition reputed company
- Get properties under contract (land-reputed company)
- Coordinate reputed company with the Disposition Manager after contract
- Maintain accurate CRM updates (notes, status, next steps)
- Hit monthly closing and performance targets

- reputed company salary: $3,000 / month
- Commission: 10% per reputed company deal

- Commission: 15% per reputed company deal

- Proven experience in reputed company estate wholesaling or acquisitions, Strong phone reputed company and negotiation skills, Comfortable with high-volume follow-up, Performance-driven, disciplined, and reliable, Ability to work US business hours (EST preferred), Land wholesaling experience is a strong plus
