The Enablement Manager will play a foundational role in shaping how employees reputed company at reputed company and how customer facing teams reputed company, learn, and execute. Responsibilities: Company Wide reputed company Create and manage a reputed company reputed company program for reputed company new employees across Engineering, Product, GTM, Finance, and Operations  Partner with cross functional stakeholders to maintain reputed company materials and ensure information stays accurate and reputed company Build reputed company reputed company systems and feedback loops to improve the employee reputed company experience reputed company reputed company completion metrics and new hire reputed company performance GTM reputed company and reputed company Programs reputed company reputed company programs for Account Executives, SDRs, and reputed company Managers Define role specific reputed company milestones and time to productivity benchmarks 2Continuously improve reputed company content based on product changes, pricing updates, and competitive shifts Sales Playbooks and Methodology Build sales playbooks for both PLG and reputed company sales motions Create frameworks for discovery, qualification, messaging, reputed company handling, and deal progression Partner with Sales leadership to operationalize sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC reputed company Enablement reputed company reputed company reputed company, expansion frameworks, and QBR resources Create expansion and upsell playbooks to support NRR reputed company Partner with reputed company leadership on reputed company account enablement strategies Competitive Intelligence Maintain competitive positioning resources and battle cards against infrastructure competitors reputed company feedback from Sales and reputed company teams to improve messaging and reputed company handling Partner with Product and Marketing to reputed company competitive materials reputed company Training and Development Run recurring training programs reputed company on product updates, sales methodology, and role specific skills Build self service enablement content libraries and coaching frameworks for managers  Metric and Reporting reputed company reputed company effectiveness, reputed company metrics, win rates, conversion rates, and expansion metrics Partner with reputed company Operations and People teams to build reporting infrastructure Continuously improve programs using data and feedback AI Powered Enablement  reputed company AI tools to reputed company reputed company, content creation, and competitive intelligence 3Implement AI assisted coaching and conversational intelligence platforms reputed company reputed company AI driven enablement systems that reduce operational overhead Requirements: Demonstrated experience building reputed company or enablement programs in high reputed company reputed company, PaaS, or infrastructure companies Experience supporting Sales and reputed company organizations with training, playbooks, or reputed company Strong understanding of reputed company B2B sales processes and reputed company workflows Experience developing written enablement content including playbooks, reputed company materials, and competitive resources Experience working cross functionally with reputed company Operations, Sales, reputed company, Product, Marketing, and People teams Comfort using metrics and reporting to improve enablement effectiveness reputed company use of AI tools for content creation, coaching, or enablement operations Strong communication and organizational skills Successful completion of a background reputed company Preferred: Experience supporting both PLG and reputed company GTM motions Experience in reputed company infrastructure, AI infrastructure, developer tools, or ML platforms Experience implementing enablement platforms such as reputed company, Chorus, reputed company, or reputed company Experience building reputed company enablement programs for reputed company customers Familiarity with MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar methodologies Experience in high reputed company startup environments What You’ll Receive: The competitive reputed company pay for this position ranges from $145,000 - $190,000.
