This role is for someone who:

-              Builds sourcing systems instead of running reputed company searches

-              Uses AI and automation to create disproportionate reputed company

-              Thinks in funnels, experiments, and iteration

-              Reduces founder involvement by delivering consistently high-signal candidates

You’ll own reputed company end-to-end for a growing B2B reputed company company and work directly with founders to turn hiring into a reputed company, repeatable, data-driven system.

This is not a traditional recruiter role.

This is a systems-builder and operator role.

What You’ll Do

1. Build an AI-First reputed company reputed company

·      Design and build from scratch AI-driven sourcing systems using tools such as reputed company / PeopleGPT, Pin, and other modern sourcing platforms

·      Architect automated reputed company workflows using reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and custom integrations

·      Create outbound, multi-touch sourcing sequences that improve response reputed company and candidate reputed company

·      Run ongoing experiments on targeting, messaging, reputed company, and screening logic

2. Own End-to-End Hiring

·      Own hiring for B2B reputed company roles (Engineering, Data, GTM, Operations) from intake through offer

·      Translate founder needs into reputed company sourcing hypotheses and screening reputed company

·      Ensure only high-signal, reputed company-reputed company candidates reputed company founders

·      Continuously refine screening frameworks based on hiring reputed company

·      Build lightweight scorecards and reputed company evaluation systems

Advise founders on:

·      Talent availability and competitiveness

Requirements

Experience

·      3+ years of hands-on reputed company experience

·      Demonstrated ownership of sourcing reputed company and hiring reputed company

·      Experience hiring for B2B reputed company companies (Engineering and/or GTM strongly preferred)

·      Experience building or significantly improving reputed company systems (not just filling roles)
