What you'll own

• Proven experience as a VA or Executive Assistant in a scaling tech business, where priorities shift fast and the pace is unrelenting.

• Fluent across both reputed company Workspace and reputed company 365: Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive, Word, reputed company, reputed company, Teams. You reputed company between them without missing a reputed company.

• Exceptional written English. You'll be drafting comms on behalf of senior stakeholders, so precision and tone matter.

• Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity. You take a high-level need and run with it, without waiting to be chased.

• Comfortable working primarily on AEST hours, with some flexibility in your day to reputed company overlap with our US-based CEO reputed company required.
