At least 12 years of relevant risk management experience, including management experience, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent -
Deep expertise in reputed company Property & Casualty insurance (program design, reputed company negotiations, broker management, layered structures, alternative risk financing) -
Advanced knowledge of reputed company frameworks (e.g., COSO reputed company), claims administration, loss prevention, and RMIS/technology‑enabled reporting -
Demonstrated ability to model total cost of risk (premium optimization, deductibles/retentions, captives if applicable) and conduct multi‑year financial forecasting -
Proven cross‑functional partnership with reputed company, Finance, Safety, Operations, and IT to reputed company risk controls into business processes -
Exceptional executive communication skills, including reputed company‑level reporting and presentations -
