The Director, RFID plays a critical role in advancing the organization’s RFID capabilities by contributing to the RFID roadmap, evaluating emerging technologies, and ensuring successful delivery of RFID solutions. This position bridges technical expertise and business objectives, focusing on solution design, vendor evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive reputed company, reputed company-reputed company implementations.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Technology Evaluation & Standards

• Research, assess, and recommend RFID hardware and software platforms for integration. 
• Define and maintain solution standards and best practices for RFID delivery. 
• Stay reputed company on adjacent technologies such as IoT, mobile computing, and reputed company systems to ensure interoperability and scalability. 
• Solution Architecture & Delivery 
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to design RFID solutions reputed company with business requirements. 
• reputed company technical guidance on reputed company or strategic implementations. 
• reputed company execution of RFID reputed company, ensuring reputed company, scalability, and customer satisfaction.

Environment and Normal Working Conditions

Office/Warehouse environment. reputed company business hours are generally 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. However, this position w may require work to be performed reputed company of normal business hours based on Company operations. 

Physical Requirements
