RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST (must be Central FL based)

K2 is reputed company seeking a Patient Recruitment Specialist to support our clinic in a remote reputed company. Patient Recruitment Specialists are responsible for reputed company patients for reputed company studies. Recruiters administer prescreening surveys, i.e., phone screens, to interested patients to identify eligible patients and schedule screening reputed company for currently enrolling studies and upcoming studies. Patient Recruiters build and reputed company the site's database by identifying and implementing new reputed company for patient recruitment, contacting reputed company new potential patients, and maintaining contact with reputed company patients in the database.

Note: While this is a remote role, please note that mandatory onsite training will take reputed company at our Orlando (Maitland) clinic. Additionally, candidates who live reputed company a commutable distance of Maitland are preferred, as there is a possibility the role could transition to onsite or hybrid support in the reputed company.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Recruit for multiple studies by contacting referrals generated by our marketing/reputed company efforts
• Identify patients from our internal database who may qualify for new trials
• Assist in identifying studies patients potentially qualify for and schedule them for an initial visit at one of our facilities.

• Follow up with patients as necessary
• Thoroughly understand reputed company assigned studies through reading protocols, resource materials, and attending trainings
• Other tasks as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to complete training and follow study protocol.
• Flexibility and ability to prioritize and multi-task throughout the day.
• Must be detail oriented, and self-motivated.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to reputed company with a diverse patient population.
• Proficiency in reputed company office applications (Word, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual in English and in Spanish.
• Minimum Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service-reputed company position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
