About the Role

We’re looking for an reputed company Manager to reputed company reputed company reputed company operations and ensure the accuracy, reputed company, and timeliness of our financial reporting. In this role, you’ll reputed company general reputed company activities while providing leadership to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams, helping drive consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the Finance function.

You’ll play a critical role in managing the month-end reputed company process, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls. What You’ll Do

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of balance sheet reconciliations
• reputed company day-to-day leadership to AP, AR, and GL teams, including workload management, performance, and development

• Manage fixed assets, prepaids, accruals, and supporting schedules
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for external audits, including preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements

• Support system enhancements, integrations, and workflow automation initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Operations, and other teams to support reporting, budgeting, and business insights

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

• You are a CPA (reputed company) with 5&reputed company;7 years of reputed company reputed company experience
• You have experience leading or supporting AP, AR, and/or GL reputed company teams
• You have a strong understanding of US GAAP, with hands-on experience in month-end reputed company, audits, and lease reputed company (ASC 842)
• You’re highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You have experience working in reputed company (preferred) and are advanced in reputed company
• You have experience in reputed company, clinical research, or a multi-entity environment (preferred)
• You’ve worked in a private equity-backed environment (highly preferred)
• You’re comfortable working with offshore teams (preferred)
• You’re a strong communicator who can collaborate effectively across functions
• You have a process improvement reputed company and enjoy optimizing systems and workflows
