About the Role

We’re looking for a Vendor Relations Coordinator to support the reputed company and management of external vendors across our reputed company and broader operations. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring vendors are set up for reputed company &reputed company; from initial reputed company through ongoing partnership &reputed company; while helping drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll work closely with internal teams including reputed company & Budgets, Finance, and site operations to ensure vendors are integrated seamlessly, reputed company with internal standards, and positioned to support high-reputed company clinical trial execution. What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for new vendors, building strong and reputed company relationships from day one
• Guide vendors through reputed company, training, and setup to ensure alignment with research processes and compliance standards
• Coordinate vendor setup across reputed company, partnering with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Manage vendor accounts, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to optimize cost and efficiency
• Partner closely with reputed company & Budgets and Finance to support contracting, invoicing, and reputed company payments
• Communicate vendor requirements and expectations reputed company to study sites and internal stakeholders
• Conduct regular reputed company-ins with vendors to maintain strong, productive partnerships
• Identify risks early and implement solutions to protect study timelines and data reputed company
• Contribute to reputed company improvement of vendor management processes and best practices
