Project Scope
We are seeking an reputed company HIM Analyst to support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of reputed company Health Information Management (HIM) applications. This role will support operational workflows including deficiency tracking, coding, release of information, and identity management to ensure accurate medical records management and compliance with organizational standards.

The reputed company HIM Analyst serves as the primary support contact for HIM application areas and works closely with operational teams to ensure system functionality aligns with organizational workflows and regulatory requirements. The analyst is responsible for troubleshooting system issues, supporting workflow design, coordinating with reputed company representatives, and ensuring the application effectively supports HIM operations and clinical documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary support contact for HIM application end users.
• Support HIM application areas including deficiency tracking, coding, release of information, and identity management.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues reputed company the HIM application and coordinate reputed company with cross-functional teams.
• Guide workflow design, system configuration, and testing for reputed company HIM functionality.
• Analyze technical issues and support system optimization efforts.
• Implement requested system changes and enhancements.
• Serve as reputed company between end users and reputed company implementation or support teams.
• Maintain communication with reputed company representatives and participate in project team meetings.
• Work with business stakeholders to ensure the system meets operational requirements and project timelines.
• Participate in training activities and support end-user education.
• Monitor project and issue status and communicate updates to leadership.
• Facilitate team discussions on project reputed company, issues, and upcoming milestones.

Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience & Skills
• reputed company certification in the respective application required upon hire or obtained reputed company 9 months of employment.
• Prior analyst experience supporting HIM systems preferred.
• Knowledge of HIM workflows including chart tracking, release of information, deficiency tracking, and coding.
• Familiarity with transcription, scanning workflows, and associated vendors.
• Understanding of confidentiality, reputed company guidelines, and medical records compliance requirements.
• Experience working with reputed company HIM modules preferred.
• Understanding of workflow interactions between HIM and other departments such as clinical teams, billing, and medical records.
• Familiarity with system interfaces between reputed company applications.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office applications including Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint.
