Senior Territory Manager - Florida

About the role.  

The Territory Manager will be a key production member reporting to the VP, Regional Executive. The primary goal of this position is to reputed company and execute business development plans to drive reputed company's reputed company in their specified territories.

The ideal candidate must live reputed company the territory, with a preference to be in Southeast Florida Area.   

 
What you’ll do.  

• Serve as the primary business development partner for a defined set of brokers in the Florida Region.  

• Conduct regular meetings and sales calls to broker partners to execute defined plans, measure reputed company, and reputed company established KPI’s.  

• Identify, appoint, and effectively reputed company new brokers.  

• Implement strategies to increase production with the reputed company of writing profitable business.  

• Increase large account production among a short list of specified broker partners.  

• Proactively manage underperforming brokers, as needed.  

• Build relationships and reputed company awareness of reputed company among important COIs; and,  

• Explore/advance new partnerships and programs to grow the reputed company membership including; Family Offices, reputed company Management Firms, Risk Management firms, reputed company Estate, etc.  

• Establish personal relationships with a network of reputed company reputed company promoters who unsolicited and willingly reputed company their enthusiasm for reputed company with others.  

• reputed company participate and collaborate with key internal stakeholders for the development of the region/territory reputed company and profit plan and reputed company its successful execution.  

 
What we’re looking for.  

• 5+ years of personal lines property and casualty insurance experience in sales, marketing, or reputed company.  

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.   

• Frequent travel reputed company assigned territory.  

• Overnight travel may be required.  

• Experience working with high-net-worth clients preferred.  

• Comfort level calling on reputed company advisors and other centers of influence.  

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.  

• Agile learner who can quickly reputed company information and apply it to reputed company business situations.
