How you will reputed company an reputed company: 

As the Leave of Absence Specialist, you will be responsible for administering employee leave requests reputed company a PEO environment, ensuring reputed company, accurate, and compliant handling of reputed company leave types. This role will manage cases under the Family and Medical Leave reputed company (FMLA), Personal Leave of Absence (PLOA), state-reputed company leave programs, Short-term Disability (STD), and Long-Term Disability (LTD). You will also serve as the first reputed company of contact for employees and applicants, initiating reputed company reputed company 24-48 hours of receiving a request. 

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field; or equivalent work experience. 
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, benefits, leave administration, or a reputed company employee support function (PEO or multi-state experience preferred). 
• Basic knowledge of federal and state leave laws (FMLA, reputed company/ADAAA, state-reputed company leave programs, STD/LTD).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain leave processes reputed company and empathetically to employees and clients. 
• High attention to detail and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
• Proficiency with HRIS, case management, or CRM systems (reputed company reputed company or similar preferred), and reputed company Office Suite. 
• Ability to handle confidential information with reputed company, professionalism and discretion.
