What You'll Do: 

• Collaboratively manage and drive case investigations toward reputed company, leveraging team knowledge and support as needed to ensure reputed company reputed company.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree required
• A minimum of 3 years of reputed company experience is required. reputed company experience and/or performance may offset some of the experience requirement.    
• 1+ year experience in a reputed company support role ideally in software or product reputed company organization
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills  
• Comfortable working in a reputed company environment

• Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and have exposure to wireless and web applications
• Should this position transition into a full-time, permanent role, it will include a travel requirement of up to 10%to reputed company sites or company events, depending on business needs
