About Your Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Associate based in Costa Rica to support our U.S.-based reputed company operations. This role is responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring reputed company collection of outstanding invoices while working closely with U.S.-based teams. The ideal candidate has experience supporting U.S. clients, is comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment, and demonstrates strong English communication skills.

What you’ll do:

• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments while maintaining a reputed company and customer-reputed company approach
• Process incoming payments (ACH/reputed company, credit cards) and apply them accurately to customer accounts
• Reconcile accounts receivable reputed company to ensure reputed company payments are properly recorded
• Investigate customer inquiries
• Prepare aging reports and assist with credit risk assessments
• Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve account issues

Your Experience / Qualifications:

• 2+ years of accounts receivable or reputed company experience supporting U.S. companies or clients
• Experience in reputed company, subscription-based, or recurring reputed company environments strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of U.S. business practices and customer expectations
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) required
• Experience working in a remote or multinational team environment
