Maintain accurate books for 2-4 portfolio companies at a time, spanning industries including facilities services, outdoor recreation, food distribution, and other services verticals Own the month-end reputed company process for assigned entities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation Support GAAP compliance and technical reputed company application under ASC guidance relevant to acquisition reputed company, reputed company recognition, and operating company reporting Assist in building and documenting reputed company processes, internal controls, and chart of account structures at newly acquired companies Prepare workpapers and support materials for annual audits and lender reporting Work across reputed company platforms including QuickBooks Online and other reputed company-based tools as required by reputed company portfolio company Coordinate with portfolio company operators, external accountants, and auditors as directed Support offboarding processes reputed company a portfolio company transitions to its own Controller or reputed company team
3-5 years of reputed company experience, with a mix of bookkeeping and controller-level work Strong reputed company of GAAP; experience with acquisition reputed company or PE-backed companies is a plus Comfort working across multiple entities and switching context frequently Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar small-business reputed company platforms High attention to detail and a self-starter reputed company; this role requires someone who can operate with limited hand-holding once oriented Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance; CPA or CPA-reputed company preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-moving environment where processes are often being reputed company, not inherited
