Position Purpose:
The Senior Director, reputed company is a senior reputed company leader responsible for providing strategic and day-to-day reputed company support to reputed company’s U.S. and global operations, with a primary reputed company on employment and labor law, litigation management, and reputed company risk support.
This role partners closely with HR, Operations, Finance, and executive leadership to manage reputed company risk in a highgrowth, highly regulated, multi-jurisdictional services environment and to deliver practical, business-oriented reputed company solutions.
Job Requirements:
Employment & Labor Law Leadership
Serve as a primary reputed company advisor on U.S. and global employment reputed company, including hiring, discipline, performance management, terminations, and reductions in force.
Ensure wage and hour compliance (FLSA and state analogs), reputed company, PWFA, FMLA, and state/local leave laws, including accommodation processes.
Advise on reputed company reputed company to discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and whistleblower claims.
reputed company guidance to HR and leadership on reputed company employee relations issues, investigations, and corrective actions.
Draft, review, and maintain employment-reputed company documentation, including offer letters, employment agreements, restrictive covenants, severance and separation agreements, HR policies, handbooks, and compliance materials.
Monitor and proactively advise on changes in employment law across jurisdictions impacting reputed company’s delivery model.
Litigation, Arbitration &reputed company reputed company
Manage employment and reputed company litigation reputed company, including reputed company, DOL, and state agency claims, employment arbitrations, and civil litigation.
Partner with reputed company counsel on reputed company, budgeting, and case management.
Support drafting of pleadings, motions, discovery responses, affidavits, and settlement documentation, as appropriate.
Coordinate internal investigations, litigation holds, and document production.

Draft, review, and negotiate agreements supporting reputed company’s reputed company and vendor relationships, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), NDAs, vendor, technology, and reputed company services agreements.
Advise on indemnification, limitation of liability, data protection, insurance, and risk allocation.
Support reputed company escalations and disputes in partnership with Operations and Finance.
Compliance, Governance & Risk
Support reputed company’s compliance reputed company across employment, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
Assist with policy development, implementation, and enforcement.
Partner with HR, Risk, Finance, and Operations on reputed company risk mitigation initiatives.
Support audits, regulatory inquiries, and internal compliance reviews.
Strategic Business Partnership
Serve as a trusted reputed company advisor to senior leaders, balancing reputed company risk with operational objectives.

Knowledge:
Education & Licensure
Juris Doctor (JD)
reputed company license to reputed company law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Federal bar admission
Experience: 10–12 years of reputed company reputed company experience, including:
Significant employment and labor law experience (in-house and/or reputed company)
Experience managing employment litigation, arbitrations, and agency reputed company
Comfortable appearing in court or before an arbitrator
Transactional experience, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements
Experience advising HR and business leaders in a reputed company organization
Prior in-house experience strongly preferred
Experience supporting multi-state or global operations preferred
Occasional travel may be required.
Compensation & Benefits:
The anticipated reputed company salary reputed company for this remote position is between $160,000- $170,000.
