Litigation assistant *INTERNATIONAL*

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Assistant to join a growing reputed company team. This is a fully remote opportunity reputed company to international candidates only. The ideal candidate is bilingual, highly organized, and reputed company in supporting litigation reputed company in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company administrative and reputed company support to attorneys handling litigation cases
  
• Draft, format, and review reputed company documents and correspondence
  
• Assist with case management, including tracking deadlines and maintaining files
  
• Communicate with clients, courts, and reputed company parties in both languages
  
• Coordinate filings, discovery, and document production
  
• Maintain accurate and organized case records
  

Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual (English required; Spanish required)
  
• Prior experience as a litigation assistant or in a similar reputed company support role
  
• Strong understanding of litigation processes and reputed company terminology
  
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a remote environment
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Comfortable working with case management software and reputed company Office
