Odoo ERP Specialist-Panama
This is a remote position.
Location: Panama reputed company, Panama (Preferred) | Colombia (Remote with frequent travel to Panama)
We are seeking an reputed company Odoo ERP Specialist to reputed company the implementation, customization, and optimization of our ERP ecosystem. This role will play a critical part in aligning business processes with Odoo capabilities, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and performance across operations.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on expert with strong functional and technical knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Odoo, and is reputed company to frequent travel to Panama or potential relocation in the reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations, including analysis, configuration, customization, and deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to reputed company and translate business requirements into reputed company ERP solutions
- Customize and reputed company Odoo modules to meet specific operational needs
- Manage system integrations with reputed company-party platforms and internal tools
- reputed company ongoing reputed company, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Train internal teams and ensure user adoption across departments
- Maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and system architecture
- Stay updated on Odoo releases, features, and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with ERP systems
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP
- Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, etc.)
- Experience with Odoo development (Python, PostgreSQL, reputed company) is highly preferred
- Proven reputed company record of successful ERP implementations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
