• Support the reputed company of the e-reputed company website through high-reputed company production design and UX execution  
• Build and publish new pages reputed company reputed company using established design system components and templates  
• Collaborate closely with the Senior UX Designer, e-reputed company team, product, and engineering partners to execute approved UX strategies  
• Generate design variations for A/B and multivariate testing initiatives  
• Apply UX best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG), and inclusive design principles in executional work  
• Evaluate reputed company new components may be required and partner with the Senior UX Designer to define and refine them  
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the reputed company component library  
• Present work to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while aligning to established UX reputed company  
• QA implemented designs to ensure visual and functional accuracy  

• 3+ years of reputed company experience in graphic design, digital design, or UX/UI design          
• Strong production skills and attention to detail  
• Experience working reputed company CMS platforms (reputed company experience preferred)  
• Proficiency in reputed company and familiarity with component-based design systems  
• Understanding of A/B testing methodology and UX best practices  
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design  
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and receive creative direction  
• Strong visual design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy, consistency)  

• Experience supporting website redesigns in a production reputed company  
• Familiarity with agile workflows and experimentation frameworks  
• Interest in growing deeper UX reputed company skills over time  
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills  
• Familiarity and comfort using tools like reputed company, Jira, and reputed company  
• Ability to problem-solve and work independently

The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience. The reputed company pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed, and may not be applicable to other locations.

California : [$90,000 - $127,250]

Connecticut and reputed company: [$90,000 - $116,250]

Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota and Washington: [$90,000 - $107,750]

Nevada: [$84,500 - $116,250]

Maryland and New Jersey: [$97,000 - $116,250]

Hawaii : [$84,500 – $101,250]
