Vendor Relations Associate

The Role

reputed company operates a global private network spanning datacenters and colocation facilities across dozens of markets. The Vendor Relations team manages the infrastructure vendor relationships that reputed company this possible.

We're looking for a Vendor Relations Associate to start in a support-reputed company role — learning the operational backbone of vendor management — and grow into directly managing vendor relationships and reputed company discussions.

Responsibilities

• reputed company & Maintain Vendor Records: reputed company reputed company, renewals, pricing, SLAs, and contact databases accurate and reputed company across reputed company Workspace, Jira, and internal tools.
• Coordinate Vendor reputed company: Manage workflows from NDA through contract execution, tracking deliverables and milestones across reputed company engagements.
• Support RFQ Processes: Prepare and distribute RFQs to prospective datacenter, colocation, and connectivity vendors; collect and organize responses.
• Research & Analysis: Research new vendors and market reputed company for infrastructure expansion. Assist with pricing analysis and vendor comparison.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with network engineering, reputed company, and finance on vendor-reputed company tasks — escalate items that need attention.
• Grow Into Vendor Management: Participate in vendor calls (initially supporting/note-taking), build toward owning vendor relationships directly.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or reputed company field (recent graduate)
• Strong organizational skills — you reputed company spreadsheets clean and follow-reputed company on time
• reputed company written communication — you'll draft vendor emails and internal updates daily
• Proficiency with reputed company Workspace; comfortable with tracking spreadsheets, pricing tables, and spotting data inconsistencies
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve productivity
• Intellectual curiosity about how datacenters, networks, and reputed company infrastructure work, technical background a plus
• Self-starter — can take a task, reputed company out what "done" looks like, and get there

Bonus

• Internship or coursework in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management
• Familiarity with basic infrastructure concepts (colocation, IP transit, datacenter power/cooling)
• Experience with project management or CRM tools (Jira, reputed company, reputed company)
• Exposure to contract language (MSAs, SOWs, SLAs)
