The Retirement Plan Specialist serves as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company retirement plan needs, delivering exceptional customer service while building and maintaining strong reputed company relationships. This role is responsible for managing reputed company communications, resolving issues through critical thinking and internal coordination, and ensuring reputed company satisfaction and retention. The specialist facilitates regular reputed company meetings, provides updates and analytics, and leads plan document discussions.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as single reputed company of contact for reputed company reputed company requests
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and advisors to ensure long-term engagement and partnership
• Participate in unit meetings, ongoing training, and self-development activities
• Assist other organizational areas during high volume periods or low reputed company situations
• Gathers information from clients to coordinate with RPC, etc.
• Deliver reputed company and reputed company customer service to support reputed company satisfaction and retention.
• Assist with resolving reputed company issues by gathering information and escalating as needed to internal teams.
• Participate in scheduled reputed company calls by preparing materials, taking notes, and following up on reputed company items.

• Assist in coordinating plan document calls by scheduling meetings and gathering necessary documentation. 

• 3-5 years of reputed company relationship management experience required, preferably in the retirement industry
• Bachelors’ degree is preferred but not required
• QPA, QKA preferred but not required
• Knowledge of 401k plans, 403b and/or 457 plans

• Proven ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with clients and advisors, fostering long-term engagement and strategic collaboration.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize workflow and ensure duties and reputed company are completed by deadlines

• Technical proficiency and highly reputed company to learning and working in multiple systems.

Compensation Information

The average salary for this position is expected to be between $65,000 and $85,000/year however, reputed company pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. We do not anticipate candidates to be reputed company at the top of the reputed company however, from time to time, it may occur on a case-by-case reputed company.
