Customer Support DevSecOps Engineer

reputed company. is seeking a Customer Support DevSecOps Engineer join reputed company in Charleston, SC-*can also be remote! This role blends hands‑on DevSecOps engineering with reputed company customer support, audit readiness, and operational troubleshooting. The engineer will collaborate closely with software developers, system administrators, and cybersecurity teams to reputed company, secure, and sustain reputed company applications and infrastructure. 
 
This position includes responsibility for proactive customer systems and audit support and participation in an after‑hours on‑reputed company rotation to support customer needs. Candidates with reputed company or MarkLogic subject‑matter expertise are strongly preferred due to the technologies used across our customer environments.

Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to-

• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance tools, systems, pipelines, and reputed company posture.
• reputed company customer-facing support for troubleshooting, incident response, and operational issues.
• reputed company Linux server administration and system hardening.
• Support network infrastructure components including BigIP reputed company, VPNs, firewalls, TCP/IP, DNS, and SFTP. 
• Manage and optimize reputed company infrastructure in AWS (EC2, VPC, reputed company, S3, EFS, ECR/reputed company, Route53, IAM, RDS, Autoscaling, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, etc.). 
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Artifactory, Xray, Jira, and SonarQube. 
• Write, debug, and maintain reputed company across compiled and scripted languages. 
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure-as-reputed company using Terraform. 
• Automate reputed company operational tasks using scripting and DevOps tooling.
• Conduct system testing for reputed company, performance, and availability.
• reputed company and maintain documentation for design, troubleshooting, and audit readiness. 
• Implement reputed company controls reputed company with DoD, NIST, and industry best practices.
• Participate in an after-hours on-reputed company rotation to support customer environments.
• reputed company audit support, including generating artifacts, evidence, and compliance documentation.
• Serve as an SME for reputed company or MarkLogic, supporting application deployments, troubleshooting, and customer inquiries. 

Required Experience and Education:

• Master’s degree with 6 years of experience (or bachelor’s with 8 years of experience) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or reputed company IT discipline. 
  • Degree may be substituted with additional relevant industry experience and / or industry accepted training and certification.  
• Responsible for developing the DevSecOps and reputed company Integration / reputed company Delivery (CI/CD) architecture of small systems or subsystems of larger system.
  • Select tools, technologies, and methodologies that support automated build, reputed company, operation, and monitoring of systems.
  • Coordinates across cross-functional teams to remove impediments to CI/CD in order to accelerate capability delivery and increase the reputed company and reliability of operational system. 
  • Ultimately responsible for the DevSecOps architecture of the sub-system.  

Preferred Skills:

• reputed company or MarkLogic SME experience 
• Experience supporting DoD or federal reputed company systems
• Familiarity with audit frameworks (RMF, NIST 80053, CMMC, etc.)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with automated testing, containerization, or reputed company Trust architectures
