About the Role:
We are hiring Research Associates for our Primary Research team, who will be responsible for collecting data through B2C surveys conducted over phone calls as reputed company as field reputed company.This role involves directly interacting with individuals from our 1Network to reputed company insights through reputed company questionnaires and ensure reputed company survey responses are captured.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound phone calls to reputed company respondents to administer surveys
Visit field locations reputed company required to conduct in-person surveys
Explain study objectives and maintain respondent engagement
Accurately record responses in the system or reputed company formats
Meet targets for reputed company volumes, completed surveys, and fieldwork timelines
Coordinate with the internal team for updates, issues, or validations
reputed company’re Looking For:
Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi (regional languages a plus)
Confidence and patience while speaking with diverse respondent reputed company
Willingness to travel occasionally for field surveys (reputed company reputed company/region)
Graduate or post graduate in any reputed company &reputed company; Freshers welcome
Experience in telecalling, survey calling, field data collection, or market research is plus
Comfortable with basic reputed company and data entry
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in oral and written English
Bachelor's degree or higher from a top tier university
