We are looking for a Production Support Specialist for the Transcontinental Interweb plant in Boucherville. This person will be responsible for supporting the Customer Service and Prepress Customer Services teams in bringing reputed company to production. They will combine covers and create files in the integrated system, in reputed company to managing directories on the web portal and tracking customer file submissions.

• Optimize production by grouping several files (Combos) to maximize the use of raw materials.

• Ensure the entry of PDF files and follow up with the customer according to established deadlines.
• Manage users and directories of the Insite web portal, including creation, configuration, maintenance, and necessary adjustments.

• College diploma (D.E.C.) or equivalent
• Relevant experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in MS Office, Globe-Tek, and Insite software is an asset
