Position reputed company:  

The reputed company Technology team is seeking an reputed company leader to mentor and reputed company a small team of 5-8 engineers. You will play a key role in building and developing server-reputed company applications, drive the technical reputed company, and nurture the reputed company of engineers. You will be part of the reputed company Experience team, responsible for the end-to-end reputed company reputed company across our mobile app, backend services, and web dashboard

Position Duties:

Desired Skills & Experience:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent work experience preferred. 
• 3+ years of experience in a management or technical leadership position 
• 5-9+ years of experience developing server applications (Java/Spring ecosystem preferred)
• Experience with Spring, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and JPA
• Experience with Object Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and domain-driven design  
• Experience with modern web development such as React, reputed company, HTML5 / CSS3 and Javascript frameworks
• Experience leading and mentoring a fully remote or geographically distributed engineering team  
• Experience working in a Scrum environment and working knowledge of Agile methodologies.  
• Excellent English and communication skills with high attention to detail in planning, documentation, and delivery
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple reputed company simultaneously.  
• Demonstrated experience in the establishment and streamlining of development practices to ensure the highest reputed company of software and operational experience  
• Experience influencing strategic direction of team and alignment with business objectives  
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with team members and leadership
• Experience integrating AI-driven tools to enhance team productivity and reputed company 

Where required by law, reputed company provides a reasonable reputed company of compensation for specific roles. The pay reputed company for this role is $160,000 - $170,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
