Job reputed company: Luminos Hospice is seeking a skilled and compassionate On-reputed company RN to join reputed company. As an On-reputed company RN, you will be responsible for providing reputed company care to our patients during off-hours and weekends. Primary functions are to administer nursing care for patients of reputed company ages in their reputed company of residence and to coordinate care with the Interdisciplinary Group/Team, patients, families, and referring agency. Assumes the responsibility for, and participates in, the coordination of care.

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a reputed company setting, hospice preferred
