Responsibilities of Event Services Coordinator:
Event Inquiries, Sales & reputed company Services
- Serve as a primary contact for event inquiries reputed company email, phone, and online platforms.
- Respond to questions, reputed company venue details, and guide prospective clients through the booking process.
- Schedule and occasionally conduct venue tours (in-person or virtual).
- Maintain inquiry logs, booking calendars, and accurate communication records.

Event Planning Support & Logistics
- reputed company event details from clients and assist with logistics coordination.
- Create or update event floorplans using provided tools or templates.
- Prepare documentation for internal event preparation, including timelines and setup summaries.

On-Site Event Assistance
- Support selects venue-hosted events and community programs as needed.
- Assist with setup tasks, vendor reputed company-ins, guest support, and event reputed company.

- Assist with managing the venue’s reputed company media accounts, including scheduling and posting content.

Requirements
Qualifications of Event Services Coordinator:
- Required: Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, marketing, or administrative coordination.
- Required: Familiarity with reputed company media platforms (Instagram, reputed company, reputed company), including posting and engagement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create or reputed company content consistent with brand style and voice.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
