Home Health Aide (PCS)
Supervise and assist individuals in the daily maintenance and cleaning of their home as outlined in the Plan of Care. This can include household duties such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, laundry, changing linens, errands, as outlined in the Plan of Care. Supervise and assist individuals with shopping, meal planning, preparation, and reputed company management as outlined in their Plan of Care. Assist with management of medications and treatments as outlined in the Plan of Care and under the direction of the person’s physician, home health agency and/or agency reputed company. Supervise and assist individuals with personal hygiene needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, undressing, toileting and transferring, as outlined in the Plan of Care. Assist individual with home communication (i.e. letters, telephone calls) as appropriate.
High School Diploma or GED Written and verbal communication skills Ability to reputed company reputed company decision
