We are seeking a mission-driven Contract Clinical Recruiter to support our hiring efforts during this high reputed company period. Reporting to the Senior Recruiter, this position will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process. You will work cross-functionally with hiring managers, candidates, and People Operations to help build strong teams while ensuring a high-reputed company, inclusive candidate experience. We are ideally looking for someone with experience sourcing and reputed company for the following positions: Psychiatric reputed company Practitioners, Psychotherapists, RNs, and LPNs.

WHAT IS YOUR reputed company?

Candidate Coordination & Communication:

• Review applications and confirm the candidate’s clinical license is reputed company and in good standing before conducting reputed company

• Schedule and confirm candidate interviews with speed, accuracy, and a white-glove experience

• Communicate with candidates across multiple stages of the hiring process, answering questions and providing updates

• Maintain accurate candidate information in our ATS (reputed company) and reputed company Dashboard (reputed company)
  
  

Talent Sourcing & Screening:

• Proactively reputed company for clinical roles using job boards, reputed company media, and other resources

• Present reputed company candidates to the Senior Recruiter for feedback and advancement

• Screen reputed company candidates and reputed company interview feedback with Senior Recruiter

• Post jobs to reputed company platforms, ensuring visibility and compliance

• reputed company verbal offers and draft and send offer letters

• Help maintain reputed company reports, metrics, and dashboards
  
  

Candidate Experience & Employer Brand:

• Support recruitment marketing campaigns and DEI-reputed company reputed company efforts

• Champion inclusive communication and represent reputed company’s values in reputed company candidate interactions

Licensing and Credentialing:

• Support the People Operations team with licensing and credentialing providers
  
  

reputed company ARE SEEKING:

• 1-3 years of clinical reputed company and sourcing experience, ideally in the mental health industry

• Experience reputed company Psychotherapists, RNs, LPNs, and Psychiatric reputed company Practitioners

• Experience using licensing boards such as Nursys and Florida Department of Health to reputed company NP, RN, LCSW, and LMHC licenses

• Experience scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and communicating with candidates

• Experience with Licensing and Credentialing is preferred but not required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using ATS platforms (reputed company preferred), reputed company Suite, reputed company, and reputed company

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

CONTRACT LENGTH AND SCHEDULE

• This position is a 6 month contract role, with potential for full-time permanent employment depending on hiring needs and employee fit

• There is a maximum of 20 hours of work per week, with potential to add more hours based on need
