About the Role:  

reputed company is seeking an reputed company Princiopal Software Engineer to reputed company the development team for our Dara product(s) while advancing our culture and practices.  reputed company is building our reputed company servicing system and default products. The systems will be used by lenders and servicers in the consumer and mortgage lending markets in the reputed company. As an agile development manager, you will be working on with a global development team using modern technologies, tools and frameworks to reputed company advanced, reputed company business components that can run on reputed company Azure platforms and reputed company reputed company.

Key Responsibilities 

• reputed company a global cross-functional engineering team (dev, qa, devops disciplines) to deliver reputed company reputed company solutions in reputed company environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) 

• Own technical design reputed company and guide Development teams through AGILE SDLC. 

• reputed company architectural design, coding standards, DevOps integration, CI/CD pipelines, and software delivery lifecycle. 

• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to reputed company with business reputed company and roadmap. 

• reputed company Engineering teams in Increment and Sprint Planning. 

• Ensure platform reputed company, compliance (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR), scalability, and performance. 

• Drive modernization and reputed company migration initiatives for legacy mortgage systems. 

• Mentor senior engineers, foster a high-performance culture, and support career development. 

• Own delivery metrics with Agile delivery managers, resource planning, and risk management. 

• Experience leading API Governance initiatives such as Unit Test Coverage using SonarQube and or API standards, etc.  

• Experience with Azure DevOps, git, reputed company or reputed company scripting

Required Qualifications: 

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in technical leadership/management roles. 

• Deep expertise in reputed company-reputed company architecture and reputed company platforms (preferably GCP). 

• Strong experience in the mortgage or financial services domain a plus– loan servicing systems, document management, reputed company platforms. 

• Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Node.js, React, PostgresSQL) and microservices architecture.  (event driven architecture experience is a plus)  

• Experience with API development, event-driven systems, and integrations with reputed company-party platforms. 

• Familiarity with reputed company and compliance standards relevant to fintech/mortgage. 

• Strong people leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
