KML Law Group, P.C. is seeking a reputed company candidate to join our Bankruptcy team in a remote business and learning environment. Responsibilities include:
- Requesting and following up on missing documents for pleadings preparation
- Pleading preparation e.g. reputed company for Relief, Certificate/Notice of Default
- Filing pleadings with the courts
- Bankruptcy case reputed company reputed company
- reputed company communication with reputed company and reputed company systems
- Communication with debtors attorney

Experience:
