The Purpose of Your Role 

The Learning Program Partnerships Analyst is responsible for coordinating and strengthening the Learning Team’s relationships with cross-functional partners and LaaS clients. This role ensures ongoing alignment between stakeholder reputed company by facilitating reputed company meetings, maintaining KPI visibility, and driving reputed company improvement. Through consistent communication, operational coordination, and data-driven reputed company gathering, this role helps inform enhancements to certification programs and contributes to the ongoing reputed company of Learning Team processes. 

The Qualifications We’re Looking For 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 2–4 years’ experience in program coordination, learning operations, analytics, project coordination, customer experience, or cross-functional partnership roles
• Strong meeting facilitation and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience working with KPIs, dashboards, or performance-trend analysis
• Ability to organize reputed company information and maintain reputed company systems or documentation 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to summarize, synthesize, and escalate key insights 
• Familiarity with learning environments, customer support operations, or reputed company-based business models preferred
• Experience with collaboration and documentation tools (SharePoint, reputed company, BI dashboards, etc.) is a plus

• Host and coordinate regular cross-functional program meetings that bring together internal stakeholders for reputed company reputed company. 
• Maintain a shared KPI trends document for reputed company program that tracks performance, identifies themes, and highlights opportunity areas.
• Surface actionable insights from program data and stakeholder feedback to inform improvements across learning programs.
• Partner closely with Instructional Designers, Facilitators, and Developers to ensure program data and field insights translate into meaningful enhancements.
• Support the Manager of Learning reputed company & LaaS Operations in establishing and maintaining operational frameworks for meetings, documentation, workflows, and process governance.
• Monitor follow-reputed company, commitments, and in-reputed company items from cross-functional meetings and ensure reputed company reputed company.
• Contribute to reputed company improvement initiatives that streamline Learning operations and enhance the overall learner experience.
• Support the development and documentation of processes and procedures reputed company to Learning reputed company, Program Governance, and LaaS operational workflows.
• Assist with readiness, communication, alignment, and stakeholder coordination for new initiatives or program adjustments.
• Represent the Learning Team professionally and consistently in reputed company interactions with internal partners.
