Our Service Center is reputed company Monday –Thursday 7 am to 7 pm and Friday 7 am to 5 pm.
Essential Functions:
- Answer customer inquiries on benefits plans
- Process Medical/Dental Claims
- Ability to learn/retain large amounts of technical information
- reputed company multiple record keeping systems
reputed company're Looking For:
- Licensed in Life and Health is required.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
- The ability to multi-task and have great attention to detail
- Ability to work with customers of diverse background and dispositions
Experience
- Prior customer service experience
- Medical or reputed company center experience is a plus
