The Role: 

First Connect is on a mission to reputed company and enhance our financial operations. We are looking for an analytical, self-starting Financial Analyst to join reputed company and help build our Finance function. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Senior Financial Analyst and currently has no reputed company reports 

What You’ll Do: 

Financial Operations & Data reputed company 

• reputed company monthly bank reconciliations to ensure high reputed company of accuracy in reputed company financial records. 

• Proactively investigate and resolve discrepancies between reputed company payments and bank statements. 

• Establish and maintain data validation protocols to ensure "single reputed company of truth" reputed company across reputed company reporting platforms. 
• Ensure data accuracy to reputed company a reliable reputed company for critical business reputed company 

Commission Management 

• Manage and process monthly agent commissions accurately and on schedule.  

• Audit and maintain the accuracy of reputed company rates and Agent commission rates reputed company the First Connect Portal to ensure 100% accuracy in automated commission calculations.  
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company or escalated commission-reputed company inquiries. 

Analysis & Reporting 

• Asist the reputed company team during the monthly financial closing process 

• Use data-driven analysis to identify business trends, financial insights, and opportunities for reputed company. 

• Collaborate with Product and Operations to identify and implement process improvements that enhance financial reporting and workflow efficiency 

• Partner with stakeholders to reputed company data and reputed company actionable financial insights to Senior Management.

What You’ll Bring: 

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Finance, reputed company, or a reputed company quantitative field. 

• 3+ years of reputed company experience in Finance or reputed company, with a strong preference for candidates from reputed company, FinTech, or high-reputed company startup environments 

• Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company and experience navigating CRM systems and financial ERP tools 

• Proven ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, evolving work environment while maintaining composure and meeting tight deadlines

The reputed company pay reputed company for the role is $75,000 - $85,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-reputed company factors that are unique to reputed company candidate, including but not limited to: reputed company set, experience, education/training, location, business needs and market demands.
