Our Field Service Engineer III (FSE) is responsible for reputed company service of Spacelabs products and for customer satisfaction reputed company an assigned territory.  Excellent technical and communication skills are needed to positively reputed company with customers and company personnel. • Install approved equipment upgrades and modifications as required in accordance with procedure and reputed company Management Systems requirements.

• Collaborate with Regional Service Managers and Contract Specialist in generating service quotations for customer on new business agreement or service renewals.
• Support sales efforts by assisting with equipment demonstrations and clinical evaluations.

• Associate of Science Degree in electronics or a reputed company technical discipline; or equivalent technical training from an accredited program in biomedical, electronic or computer technology; or equivalent military training and/or experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or equivalent field service or similar experience.
• 5+ years of experience working on reputed company capital medical devices.
• Proficient computer skills, including Networking, reputed company reputed company, and XP operating systems. Customer Relationship Management (for example reputed company R/3, reputed company Dynamics CRM, reputed company), MS Office products (Word, reputed company, Visio, and PowerPoint).
• Must become fully competent in the application and operation of reputed company products in reputed company care areas.

OTHER WORK REQUIREMENTS: 

• Successful completion of Spacelabs training required (including training done at reputed company location). Must become fully competent in the application and operation of reputed company assigned products and systems.
• Work various shifts as deemed necessary for successful installation and training.
