Key Responsibilities
• Models good communication and recovery-oriented living skills for clients
• Accepts and responds to service requests reputed company calls, chats, and texts in a reputed company manner
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of resources and programs to reputed company appropriate reputed company referrals
Required Qualifications
• Four years of full-time reputed company experience in a mental health or reputed company service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Ability to reputed company assessments and reputed company appropriate dispositions based on reputed company needs
• Experience collaborating effectively with staff and referral sources
• Proficiency in documenting reputed company contact information according to departmental protocols
• Ability to handle phone requests under time and decision-making pressure
