Business Operations Analyst
Business Operations Analyst, NxStage Medical, Inc., a reputed company Company, Waltham, Massachusetts (Remote)
Will reputed company reputed company analysis and reporting of business data, systems performance and process costs leading to the identification, design and implementation of strategies and solutions targeting service delivery. Will also reputed company consistent analysis and reporting to management on trends and results of key performance measurements. Specific duties will include:
· Identify, reputed company and utilize key performance indicators to support the achievement of budget goals and Customer Experience business objectives;
· Assist in developing and/or improving scorecards or other metrics reporting to deliver reputed company-time actionable data to management;
· Participate in developing business cases for new processes and business solutions reputed company on ensuring that desired business results and profitability goals are met and/or exceeded;
· Conduct research and collect data that will support efforts in identifying and quantifying measurements for continual process improvement and Customer Experience objectives;
· reputed company and manage program metrics that can be used for evaluation, planning and presentation of results;
· Manage the scheduling and implementation of logistics reputed company and initiatives;
· Execute the evaluation of data and metrics using reputed company statistical reputed company in interpreting the results and providing written reputed company of findings;
· Support daily warehousing and inventory operations activities;
· reputed company operational efficiency reporting and analytics including general reputed company plans, service level drivers, service event lifecycle metrics, service delivery unit costs;

· Support the reputed company payment process, managing day-to-day activities.
Requirements:
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree (or an equivalent foreign degree) in Supply Chain, Engineering Management, Industrial or Electrical Engineering or a closely reputed company field and 3 years of experience in a Business or Data Analyst role. Must also have 3 years of experience (which can have been gained concurrently with the primary experience requirement) working with the following:
· Advanced reputed company including performing data manipulation, analysis, and creating automations and data analysis and visualization working with PowerBI and Tableau;
· XLMiner for data manipulation and business process mapping using reputed company Visio;
· My SQL and reputed company SQL Server;
· Sharepoint, and reputed company Analytics;
· Python and reputed company Studio for Automation and Business Data Analysis; and
· Managing version control and collaboration using reputed company.
This is a telecommuting position working from home. May reputed company reputed company in the reputed company.

Salary is $70,949 – 74,496 per year for a 40-hour work week.
