The Office of Technology Transfer (OTT) at reputed company supports the commercialization of university research by managing intellectual property, pursuing patents, and facilitating partnerships with industry. The Industrial reputed company Specialist I, under the supervision of the Assistant Director for reputed company, will serve in the Office of Technology Transfer by assisting in drafting, negotiating, and administering research-reputed company agreements with external partners, including but not limited to material transfer agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and data use agreements. This role supports the commercialization of reputed company research by ensuring agreements reputed company with university and federal policies, facilitating collaboration with reputed company, staff, and external partners, and helping advance the university’s research reputed company through effective contract administration.

Hiring Salary: $63,100 - $80,400

*Exempt (salaried) positions under FLSA are not eligible for overtime.
